Wyatt Veterinary Services, in Floresville, TX is a full service mixed animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets, early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages, and complete medical/surgical care as necessary during his/ her lifetime.

We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet’s health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education.

Small Animal

Vaccinations

We offer vaccinations to help prevent illness, disease and the severity of symptoms. We are happy to discuss common diseases in our area and tailor a protocol that best suits your pet.

Exams and Consulting

Our staff will help screen your pet and answer any questions before the exam. Dr. Wyatt will examine your pet from “head to toe” to try to find any problems before they become major ones.

Microchipping

A process that is no more invasive than a vaccination, We can inject a microchip underneath loose skin between the shoulder blades of your animal. This microchip is registered with your pet’s information, and can be scanned by any veterinarian or animal shelter so that they can help return your pet directly to you.

Surgery

We provide a wide range of surgical procedures such as spay, neuter, laceration repair, tumor removal, etc.

Dental Care

Dental hygiene for animals is important too. We treat periodontal and gum diseases in your animals. Thorough wellness exams will help Dr. Wyatt and her team to develop a treatment plan for home care and dental cleanings under sedation.

Diagnostics

Our hospital provides a wide variety of in-house diagnostic testing with the most state of the art technology available. It is our goal to provide your pet with the highest level of care possible, and our diagnostic tools help us do that.

Equine

Vaccinations

Basic Surgeries

Dr. Wyatt is able to perform castrations to lacerations. An exam will be performed in order to determine the extent of treatment your equine requires and a plan will then be developed.

Farm Calls

We will make every effort to come to you for multi-animal needs based on the availability of our doctor and schedule. Please be proactive and have a way to transport your animal to us.

Dental Care

While under sedation, Dr. Wyatt will perform a thorough examination of the mouth and correct abnormalities. This is imperative in maintaining the overall health of your horse.

Breeding Soundness Exams & Semen Evaluation

A relatively quick and economic procedure that can be performed by Dr. Wyatt. It is recommended that all bulls be checked annually, within 60 days of the start of the breeding season.

Pregnancy Check

A minimally invasive procedure allowing us to detect pregnancies as early as 30 days.
